Terrible service from Climatech Air-conditioning

My wall mounted air conditioning unit was not blowing cold anymore so I called the company and they sent someone out to look at the unit. I paid the call out fee and was told the unit is too old and can't be fixed. The person then left and I tried to switch the air con on but it was now dead with no power. Before the person came to look at it, it was at least working as a fan. Now I am left with nothing after having paid him to come and look at it. I've tried to get him to come back and fix it but my calls and messages are being avoided and not answered. Apparently the earliest they can come back is a week later. In addition I had to pay cash for the call out and am still waiting for the invoice.

Terrible that you pay for someone to fix a problem and they make it worse, and then they ignore you and avoid having to fix it.

There are many other air-conditioning companies out there so I would advise anyone to use another company.

Don't use Climatech air-conditioning.
