Clifftop Safari Exclusive Hideaway Lodge IS A ****!

My fiancé Chris has requested a refund from Clifftop Exclusive Hideaway Lodge, Booking.com allows waive fees and we have gotten them from other lodges because I don’t know if Clifftop is unaware that we are in the middle of a pandemic and we booked without knowing that South Africa would have serious unrest’s, a serious third wave and a lockdown that’s so tight. Yet, Clifftop Exclusive Safari Hideaway does not sympathize with its international guests when needing to receive a full refund. This is the first time we have encountered such shrewdness anywhere in the world. I would not recommend anyone else to book with them because they lack basic knowledge of how to conduct business and sympathy for their guests. We have all been hit hard and forcing guests to reschedule or lose out on their payment is not the way to move forward. Olga is not providing anymore solutions and we have cancelled our trip to SA and we have no new dates in the near future not even for March 2022!!!
