Unable to perform their duties as appointed by ABSA.

I am not happy with the service received from a lady by the name of Mercia McKeet-Afful. To cut the long story short, i signed my home loan with a reputable service provider, attended their 1st time bond owner course in June. Then they gave my details to Cliffe Dekker inc to proceed with registration. I got an email from Karabo Langa (very helpful). Shared all the required documents with her on the 20th of June 2022. Document were then shared with Mercia to issue draft deeds, to date there is no feedback from her. Tried to call several times on all their numbers (***) she is not available to talk to me. I am highly disappointed and would like to get ABSA's intervention in the matter.
