No progress on my application

I app**** for home loan in December 2014 and it was approved by Standard bank and I made a payment of R13176.40 to DLA CLIFFE DEKKER HOFMEYR on the 29 April 2015 for transferring rates to my name and I never received any feedback from them, every time I ask I'm given the same response that they are still waiting, I was patient but now I'm fed up.I want my money back for alternative way of accommodation but since I asked for my money back they are just quiet they don't even bother to reply.Please assist me because they failed to provide service that they were paid for so I want my money back.
