Disappointing Service from CDH

I recently engaged with CDH Law Firm for the sale of my property, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From start to finish, the process was marred by a series of frustrating setbacks, primarily stemming from poor communication and negligence on the part of the firm.

First and foremost, CDH Law Firm failed miserably in their communication efforts. Throughout the entire transaction, there was a glaring lack of timely updates and responsiveness. I often found myself chasing after them for even the most basic information regarding the progress of the sale. It was incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark, unsure of the status of my own property transaction.

Moreover, the lack of follow-up with the deeds office was utterly unacceptable. Despite assurances that everything was proceeding smoothly, it became apparent that CDH Law Firm had dropped the ball in this crucial aspect. Their failure to maintain regular communication and oversight with the deeds office resulted in unnecessary delays and complications, prolonging the already stressful process.

To make matters worse, critical documentation was missing from submissions to the deeds office. This oversight not only reflected poorly on the firm's professionalism but also jeopardized the entire transaction. It was deeply concerning to discover such a fundamental error, one that could have easily been avoided with proper attention to detail and due diligence.

My experience with CDH Law Firm was nothing short of disappointing. Their inability to communicate effectively, follow up with the deeds office, and ensure the accuracy of documentation significantly hindered the sale of my property. As a result, I would caution others against entrusting their legal matters to this firm, as my encounter left much to be desired in terms of competence and reliability.
