Cliff Dekker Hofmeyr Rogues! NEVER AGREE TO USE THEM!!

Utterly appalled at the service and behavior of this firm who are meant to be reputable. First they instruct the seller of the property I’m buying to ****** double occupational rental from me before the agreed occupation date is given incase I frustrate the transaction - which was thrown out of the deeds office owing to this firms incompetence of lodging the sellers documents correctly,which I under duress and prejudice had to do or I would be put on the street with my kids! secondly, they charge you more to invest your money than the interest you earn on your funds resulting in you having to pay them to hold your deposit and occupational rental!! And last but not least they charge me as the buyer for the sellers rates clearance!! DONT EVER USE THEM!!! Absolutely disgusting and I have worked with property attorneys for 20 years and never have I heard of such Garbage or been treated with such disdain in my life!!!
