Refusal to fix the Wendy house

I ordered a wendy house early in October this year. Clifford installed the wendy house and hardly two weeks it was falling apart and looking like a see-through. I've sent him pictures and complained and he said he'll look into it. When I asked him about the date he plans to fix it, he said I must stop rushing him and then said he's busy and he doesn't care if I report him. I have paid him R12 400 for the job. Please help me!
