Stay far far away

I got Cliffplumb to fix a leaking basin and find the leak/where the water was coming from. They came, did something and left and I paid the bill. A few days later the basin was leaking again, so I had them come out again to fix it again, they did something and left and a few days later it was still leaking - the tap was leaking and it was leaking somewhere through the basin to the floor, this they were apparently unable to figure out for themselves even though my tenant pointed it out. I had them come out again and they broke the basin. They agreed to replace the basin (a small bantam basin) and then arrived with a large basin which they just wanted to hang on the bracket of the previous much much smaller basin, but it clearly needed a pedestal. I then had to offer to pay for the pedestal. After A LOT of back and forth, the new basin is finally in but the tap still leaks..... <br> The only thing they have going for them is their friendly admin staff.
