Zero clarification on a query since 2013!!!!!
I have been corresponding with Clientele life since 2013 trying to get clarification on a matter. I log a call and get told they will get back to me and I guess I just forget...and it is my fault that I don't cancel. But i've reached the end of the line. I'm cancelling my policy as NO ONE gets resolves my query. The latest person is a gentlemen in the underwriting department who just doesn't respond and that was the end of November 2020. Enough. Ref ***
