Your service APPALLING!!!
Your service is pathetic. You guys don't really care about your clients. I logged a funeral claim on the 07/07/2020 and never received a police report claim form until I called more than twice to request it again.
I've called the Clientele line for the past few days, with no assistance. All I received is anautomated response via the IVR to send my query via the WhatsApp line.
The WhatsApp line is actually more pathetic than the phone line.
I've sent 2 emails via *** with my attachments and still have not received any response.
We've just lost our brother we don't need this. We seriously don't.
