Good Day.

i am highly disgusted with clienteles client service. i had cancelled my policy due to them being arrogant and deducting more than my policy. i have cancelled my policy but then they still deducted from my account, when i called to ask why they did and they told me to wait 30 days for my own money. the way they advertise is false advertising and misleading public.

if this matter is not resolves i will go further and approach the Media.

Why do I have to wait for my money. Irrelevant as to when I cancelled the policy. You guys deducted after I had wen an email. I'm not going back and forth with clientele. If this matter is not resolved within 24 hours then I will take this matter further. I asked for 2 payments to be refunded.
