Xoliswa Majola was the best! she showed me willingness to assist, waited with me to delete and redownload my App and even consulted with her Supervisor to ensure correct information is advised to me although the issue was not fixed immediately I’m happy to say that it’s now the next day and my App is now working and I’m finally able to claim my perks Kudos to you Xolly I loved your soft skills and the great Customer Experience you’ve created for me
