Wrong policy sold to me

The response from clientele its not what I am complaining about though it Also tell me my policy was incorrect from first day I joined, my main issue the person that sold my savings and legal he/she was fired due wrong policy sold to me. And at all time they seems to run away from my complain even the number that I need to call if require more clarity not even work. *** from the day I received a response I have been trying but it says doesn't exist but its clientele Arbitrator.
