worst Company to deal with

i took out Funeral cover from Clientele life! When I received the policy everthing was wrong! After a very long telelphone call I got them to change the policy but still full of mistakes! All there calls are recorded so why dont they listen to the calls! I said the debitorder can go off on 1st of the month which is 1 June but the debitorder went of this morning 23 May! And this debitorder which went off was for the cancelled policy the new one instalment is R229 which was never explained to me! I will never do business with Clientele again and will not ever recommend any person to do!
