Wonderful service provided by Simonique Johnson

Having a few medical conditions is stressful on its own. At first I had numerous complaints about Clientele ( the way they handled queries, turn around time and especially not being able to liaise with the assessor ). I used to use a lot of airtime calling them and the assessor would NEVER call back. I was hospitalized at the beginning of June, once discharged I sent my documents as requested. The assessor Simonique Johnson called me, we went through the process and covered all my questions. She explained the process thoroughly and within days my claim was paid out. This was a first for me. I was actually pleased ( for once ) being covered with Clientele. It was not an unpleasant experience this time. I am sure I owe a hundred thanks to Simonique. She was fast, experienced and knowledgeable. Thank you Simonique for the exceptional service you provided. You made my stresses a little easier with not having to continuously worry and call Clientele.
