Whatsapp centre or whatever they call it is trash
Whatsapp centre is so useless you will log an issue and they will take 10 hours to respond and while you are busy trying to resolve the issue with with them, like literally while you are still typing they mark your call as resolved , this happend couple of times, even their response are quite rude and condescending.....I regret ever taking up the policy with this company 😡😡😡😡
