Wealth builder policy sucks.

My brother passed away March 2016 he left 3 children and a wife, he had a policy with clientele called wealthy builder, it's been a year now but the money is not yet paid out for his wife and kids. He died of hiv related illnesses now clientele is adamant to pay the money because of such illnesses. Question 1: did they inform him when he sign up for the policy? 2. If so did they ensure that he's not ill when he sign up for the policy? 3. Why is his family not taken care of with the money he invested with them?

Clientele team, kindly note that my brother was trying to look out for his family when he sign up for the wealth builder, it was not a funeral policy that under certain circumstances is not paid for this was an investment that should be paid out to the rightful recipient mentioned on the policy as a beneficiary. Let me remind you that his last born is 7 years old and can you only imagine what it feels like to go to sleep with an empty stomach at that age.

I'm pleading with you kindly take care of his family as you promised him that you would.

#Certain terms and conditions must fall!!!!!
