Warning against clientele

A few weeks ago my wife and I got bamboozled by a clientele "agent" that wouldn't take NO as an answer..he took my bank card out of my hand that lead to my wife forcefully taking the bank card out of his hand and his machine... He made a debit order on my account. We've been calling and emailing them trying to sort this out as they've been taking money for the last 3 months that was not authorized...even after declining the debit order they still manage to ***** from me. This whole week we've been calling them and there's just no help from their side. The switchboard lady was extremely rude and threw the phone down in my ear. We called back, spoke to someone else that said that its unacceptable what happend and that some one will call me back to set things right. Its been 2 days and still no word. Clientele *****s from people and doesn't care how they get money asking as they do... We know of a few people that will also agree. People keep away from them! They are useless and won't set their fault right.
