Want them to honor the agreement
My billing date has always been my salary date yet clientele debit my account before the AGREED date. This has impacted my credit score and unpaid fees charged to my account. How is this fair?

It is important to note that the benefit of an early debit is to ensure that your policy is solidly in force on the Date of Commencement as selected at the time of your application. This debit methodology has significantly improved cover being effected for most clients and has further significantly reduced penalty charges. Furthermore , this reasonable premium collection method was explained and we confirm that we have since provided you with an alternate type of billing mechanism.
