Waiting for my money

Since 3 weeks I am waiting for my policy to be paid out. @ weeks ago I was promised urgent request payment as this police is used for university and is needed next Monday.<br> Your maximal pay-out time without urgent request is 8 working days - today is day 8 and I was told it might come next Tuesday but only If the staff can calculate the correct amount correctly???<br> <br>
