Very clear explanation, I was going to rate it 2 stars due to the time you take to respond because its like we have nothing to do and have to wait for your live consultants to get back to us and they take like 40 to 60 min+ to respond and when I decide to be busy and leave my phone they text and the conversation ends up being cancelled because I failed to respond within 3 min which is unfair. BUT i got the reponse I need ded so thank you
