Utterly dissapointing

On 12 September 2022 @ 14:59 we submitted a death claim (S***). On 13 September @ 15:00 the id documents and death certificate was submitted again as we received notification that the copies were unclear, On 14 September @ 09:46 the completed BL1663 form was submitted again, 15 September 08:41 we followed up on the claim without feedback, i then make use of their whatsapp services where the consultant informed me that the assessor can not verify the finger prints on the BL1663 form. So i was then adviced to take photo's of the form and post it on whatsapp, which i did the 16 September 2022 @ 08:10 because as we are living on a farm and service is very bad. On the Same day the consultant told me no they can't accept the photo's it has to be pdf form, so i submitted the pdf form again via email and on the whatsapp services. Now it is 19 September 16:11 and now i have to hear that the claim is being sent to the claims department and an assessor will call, but every single time i called to follow up this is the same excuse i receive over and over that the assessor will call and that they are busy with the claim. So how many times must one form be sent through, how many times must we call to get some sort of feedback? At one stage we received an sms saying that the assessor tried to phone us from a specific number - the number was my number so how could he have called from my number!!!!! Utterly dissapointed in the progress of this claim. Just go to show that rather go to a big well known insurance company than to be misinformed by adverti*****ts that say pays out in 24 hours. The funeral is already done and we had to go and take out a loan to pay for the costs as Clientele didn't do what they say they will do. 24 hours is now a week later
