Useless customer service
I have requesting for my details to be updated with you for the past month. I have sent emails with my details and explained that I am not able to access your online portal due to your system. Even after entering my log0ins details it send a OTP to my ****** number, I have explained this to your team and still no one is assisting.
I no longer want a policy with people who cant even look after their customers. I am yet to find someone that speaks greatly about your company.
Thank you but no thank you.
