USELESS CLIENTELE HOSPITAL CASH BACK PLAN

My wife has submitted a claim for her stay in hospital and it has been a month now and no payment received from clientele. all we get is \your claim is still being processed\". Mayvis is handling our claim but refuses to call us back and when we call to speak to her they tell us that mayvis is busy and according to notes added by mayvis on our claim she states that she has called us several times including on the 26/01/2016!!! this never happened. we had no calls from clientele on that date specified so why does mayvis lie? it is my wife who spent over R200 on airtime phoning you guys trying to get our money paid to us. its so nice when you guys sell us the policy and promise us the moon but cant deliver!!! NOTE TO EVERYONE!!!!DO NOT TAKE THIS HOSPITAL CASH BACK PLAN. ALL PROMISES BUT NOTHING GETS DONE. . CLAIM NUMBER S***"
