Upset and irritated 'non customer'

My god , the level of theft that occurs with clientele is absurd, for some odd reason there's money that they deduct from my account for a service I don't need and am not aware of. I get the chance to go reverse it at my bank and they also closed that channel. Now I have to change bank accounts so I can protect my money from them . I have to stop my entire financial plan to prevent them accessing my money. They don't even have a telephone where I can contact them. My God its scary what they do when they advertise themselves on tv to look good. I just hope to God there is some way of reversing my money because I'm not about to give clientele money for something I never asked for .
