************* Insurances
I am very disappointed with Clientele, they paid out a funeral policy to my late grand mother who past away in 2013. they still kept her as a beneficiary for the next 8 years. I mean you do not review your policies??? I was told to open a late estate in her name, Now they need it in my grand fathers name???? I am completely disappointed in the service I received.... NOW ITS A DIFFERENT STORY. this is unacceptable for such a big insurance company. I WANT THIS SORTED....ASAP

30 Aug 2022, 16:25If you listen to all the calls I made in the beginning, you will hear a lady explaining what documents I need to supply, I remember I verified if the late estate should be for the beneficiary and not the principal member.
I need this to be sorted first thin in the morning, your premiums were paid monthly and you had to see the deceased spouse was the beneficiary as well ... you need to educate your clients and do health checks on your accounts. you deal with peoples money, you must apply necessary precautions and strict mandates, mostly educate you staff as you will are mostly misled due to the lack of knowledge from your employees.
