Unreliable

In May i wrote my review about Clientel did not want pay me for hospitalization as agreed upon taking the policy. They then later responded to Hello Peter and their response was They have realized the mistake wss on their side they will pay as soon as they get all documents from hospital and time spent. I sent everything and recently in June i wrote and call them redponses were ,we will get back to you still looking in request
