Unprofessional services
So this woman calls me telling me I requested a call back! I've never been on your website to request a call back because I've never been interested. After telling her I'm not interested in a hospital plan because I have one she says she has other policies to offer me, I said I'm not interested, she asked why, again I said I'm not interested. She insisted she need a reason else they will call me again. I'm not focken interested is a damn reason! After telling her a few times I'm not interested she insisted on a reason and when I got upset she laughed and said we will call you again.
Teach your damn consultants phone etiquette and that I'm not interested is a good enough reason.
You guys are very unprofessional and I will be sure to spread the word about your unprofessional consultants.
