UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

My mother Mrs Bella Mbangwa has policies with the following numbers *** paying R147.74 and policy *** R343.40 my mother is a pensioner and the most disturbing thing is that on the 31/12/2015 and the 04/12/2015, 04/01/2016 funds were deducted for policy *** the amount of R147.74, on the 15/12/2015 R343.40 04/12/2015 and 15/12/2015, NOW we have requested statements on both the policies since last year to no avail. The policies is now 5 years old and the service been received is not satisfactorily. If someone could please get back to me regarding the statement on funds been deducted and no statement received in this regard
