Unpleasant service

It's quiet shocking how quick they can contact you to sell a product but when you need to cancel the service there is no way to get hold of them. The clientele perks app has been a complete nightmare because no voucher can be used. I called I had to hold for several minutes until the call eventually disconnected. I have requested several times to be contacted which they failed to do however they never fail to debit me for a service I can't use.
