Unpaid Claim since last year
My made a claim on the 31st of December 2019 and up until now, she hasnt received the funds. She sent the paperwork and everything that was requires and she received R250 airtime but still no funds. They have been giving her the run around for over a month now and it's really frustrating. The reference number is SO174685... We had to take loans in order for the funeral to go ahead. The sad part is that Clientele is still debiting her account but there is still no payout. Come on guys this is not on
