********L DEBIT ORDER

Clientele debited money from my account, I don't even have a policy nor have ever enquired about their products. Where and how did they even get my information including bank details. Worst part, I can not reverse the debit order cause its been debi check approved, HOW IS THIS EVEN POSSIBLE WHEN I PERSONALLY DID NOT APPROVE IT??? I WANT MY MONEY BACK and the agent that "signed me up" to a policy I did not ask for needs to explain where they got my details because this is *****!!
