Unhappy customer

I was falsely informed and lured into joining the gold rewards ,afterwards I was promised a sim card and other services which I have not received since August 2020 up to date. I feel ****med and want ALL MY MONEY BACK.I tried to cancel but no one is willing to help me. I sent emails and whatever was required but the account is still active and my money is still being taken.
