Unfair - rip-off

Hi,

My name is Mahalia, I have a funeral plan and wealth savings plan with clientele. Last week Monday 11/06/2018 I called clientele to request a portion of my money from my savings plan at clientele. I was told that R 300 fee would be deducted by clientele from the monies I requested. I find this extremely unfair and a rip-off. My policy schedule does not mention any of this also I had asked the consultant how long does payout take and she informed me of 8 working days, but when I first enquired about this policy I was told by another consultant at clientele of 24 hours pay out. I am now thinking of moving this savings plan to a bank because of the R300 charge fee from a R1 000 request of my money. I am unhappy and thinking this is not a savings at all just a money making scheme for clientele.
