Unfair on my claim

Contacted Clientele..was hospitalised frm 24 July to 27. Website says claims valid after 48 hrs but when I contacted them they its got to be 5 days and over. I was not in hospital by choice. Was told they hav a list of hospitals but wud pay bcos its my first claim but had to be 5 days and over. I pray that this doesnt happen to anyone. Have decided to cancel the policy bcos of wrongly advised.
