Clientele life is a ****, someone took my details and created an IFA account without my knowledge. An amount of R420 was taken from my account, imagine I'm only a student I don't work, every cent I get I try to save. The bank said their couldn't help me with getting the money. Funny part is that I never got an messages or email before they money, I started getting messages and emails because a lady I called me said that she will report my case and she took my details, that is when I got emails and messages. Why did I not get the emails before? I did my own investigation and spoke with a representative from IFA, he admitted that there are people who are an ethical in their, someone must have used my details to get commission. How can you trust a business like that. It really makes me sick to my stomach.
