********* Practices and breach of contract.
I got offered an investment policy.
They took my money before the date I gave them and without sending me the contract.
I called them to cancel and refuse.

Thank you for raising your concerns with us. As per our telephonic discussion, feedback regarding the cancellation of the policy in question has been provided. Regarding the concerns raised, we can confirm that upon cancellation on 14 June 2020 the refund process was explained accordingly. We further confirmed that there was an oversight from our consultant’s side regarding your previous request to cancel your policy. We have since communicated that your policy has now been cancelled as per your request and the cancellation process was explained accordingly. It is unfortunate that you have decided to terminate our services, should you wish to continue with the policy we encourage you to urgently contact us and we will gladly welcome you back as a valued client. We do understand your frustration and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
