UNDISPUTED DEBIT ORDER

I had a debit order that I tried to cancel last year. I called them and they told me that my policy has elapsed so it was automatically cancelled. Later on that day I received money and clientele took all of it the same day that they told me that my policy is cancelled. I called again the following day and they told me that they cannot refund me because my policy was long overdue. The lady told me that they won't go into my account again, and I was ok with that, but it was all a lie.The following month they sent a message saying that they tried to take my money but my account was empty. I cannot use my card now because clientele will keep on taking my money over and over again. Clientele is just a ****, I do not know how many times I called to cancel the debit order but it still hasn't been fixed.
