Undisputable debit orders and *****

How the hack do you place a debit order on my account without even sending me policy documents to confirm that I am now covered with you,A who R800 and something and it's not disputable. Should I die now,where will my family go,should anything happen to any of my dependents,what will happen? I am utterly disappointed and disgusted in the manner I which you conduct business being in the financial sector,this to me is ***** and I will be taking it up with the relevant stakeholders, I want my money back because clearly Clientele is not a company I can trust with my money,let alone my life. The ombudsman will surely like to know how I was debited without any policy documents,the consumer act is clear and you guys broke all the principles of the POPI act. If you guys know what's good for your business,you will BRING BACK MY MONEY. Remove that debit check from my account immediately
