Unconfirmed debit order of R253
Hey I have a problem clientele deducted R253 debit order I don’t know for what reason! For all I know clientele was doing a promotion for Capitec users for discounts when they doing shopping In retail stores I signed up they told me no money will be deducted the service is free for 30days... it’s not even 30days yet and I never received any phone calls from them but they have audacity to deduct money from my account
I will be contacted after 30days if I like the service I can then signup If they can see this review I’d like them to contact me ASAP ***
