Unauthorized Policy

Good day<br> <br> On the 7th April 2015 I enquired the Hospital plan from Clientele just to get information. I made it clear to the person I spoke to that I'm not going to take the policy I have to discuss it with my husband and I'm not taking a policy. And without my permission the sales person processed the policy and debit ordered my account without my permission. I always thought Clientele was a decent company but not anymore and I will never recommend clientele to anyone. Please stop the debit order because LIKE I SAID I DON'T WANT THE POLICY !!! and you can not just put a debit order on peoples accounts !!!!!
