UNAUTHORIZED FUNERAL POLICY AND DEBIT CHECK BY CLIENTELE LIFE

Clientele life committed a ***** ...they opened a policy under my name without my consent and authorization. they debited my account with R265.00 and that debit cannot be reversed they made a debit check without my consent and I don't know where do they get my personal details and banking details from and my beneficiary is an unknown person named Nomonde and it was an inconvenience on my part cause the money which was in my account was suppose to sustain me till month end and I incurred bank charges cause inittial that debit bounced
