Unauthorized deduction
Clentel has people around malls supposingly for funeral policy but they lie to the public telling them that the company is giving out R200 vouchers and they take their bank cards and write the card numbers only to deduct money from their accounts. My 65 year old mothers account was deducted 400 and when she calls clientel no one picks up. What this people are doing is *****. One should open a ******** case against them and their ********** and dishonest employees and that I will advise my mother to do. You are ******* taking advantage of old people.
