Unauthorized Debit transaction from clientele

I was approached by a lady named Thando , clientele sales agent about policies at the mall and me being a nice person after her telling me they only get paid by number of people they interacted with I agreed to help her boost her sales. We had an agreement that once I'm ready to activate the policy I'll contact her as at the moment I'm unemployed but I kept seeing the notifications from my app about Debi heck every 25th of each month I decided to tell her to stop and cancel the policy. Today all my money is gone and I want to cancel and get my refund as I did not agree to any debiting from my account.

I'm never being nice to those people at the malls again, insurance ****s to the point where I even share my personal details. So clientele, please cancel and refund me.
