Unauthorized Debit Orders on Pensioner Account

on the 12 March , I logged the below complaint but i find myself in the same predicament . You have yet again debited my mothers account

I am writing on behalf of my mother, who is a pensioner. We have noticed that your company, Clientele, has been debiting her SASSA account in the amount of R210 per month for the past three months without her knowledge or consent.

My mother has not taken out any policy with your company, nor has she authorized any debit order from her account. This raises serious concerns, as the deductions appear to be unauthorized and potentially *****ulent.

We request the following actions as a matter of urgency:

Immediate cancellation of any policy or debit order linked to my mother’s account.

A full refund of the R630 that has already been deducted over the past three months.

Written confirmation that no further deductions will be made from her account.

Please treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves, especially considering that these funds come from a pension grant intended for her basic living expenses. If this issue is not resolved promptly, we will have no choice but to escalate the matter to the relevant authorities.
