Unauthorized debit orders
CLIENTELE HAS BEEN DEDUCTING MONEY (239X2) FROM MY CAPITEC SAVINGS ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY AUTHORITY. I HAVE NEVER JOINED ANYTHING WITH CLIENTELE AND ON TOP OF THAT IM UNEMPLOYED. THEY DEDUCTED TWICE AND I CAN'T REVERSE IT BECAUSE MY BANK DOESN'T ALLOW ME TO DO SO. I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHO TO CONTACT AT CLIENTELE TO LODGE A COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS, I ALSO DON'T HAVE MONEY FOR AIRTIME AS YOU KNOW THAT YOU NEED TO HAVE A LOT OF AIRTIME IN ORDER TO PHONE THE CALL CENTRES. PLEASE HELP ME, I WANT THEM TO PAY MY MONEY BACK. THE REFERENCE NUMBER THAT I GOT FROM THE DEBIT ORDER DETAILS IS *** NAEDOR DR 20502.PLEASE ASSISTANT
