UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT ORDERS

I gave Clientelle authorization to debit my account for my policy on the 27th unless that falls on a weekend or Public Holiday. This morning (23rd) they debited my account and when I called they told me that the debit order didn't go through for last month. I don't even understand how was that possible. Be that as it may. Are they not supposed to call me and tell me about this and or make arrangements to get the money from me ? <br> As if that was not enough. I received another SMS about another debit order again in the afternoon. I called them and the lady told me this one was for September ! I understand the 27th falls on a Sunday, but there's still the 25th which will be my payday this month. The lady rudely tells me that \they reserve the right to debit my account as and when they deem fit"and that I should have read my policy document. Really ? """
