unauthorized debit order from clientel

Hi ,note with great disappointment that my aunt was **** by clientel mobile consultants who sit at the malls robing people their last and hard earned money. They make you insert/swipe your card and enter pin later on they present unauthorised debit order to your bank account ,which the bank cannot reverse. That's ********* business behaviour and we will nit rest until the matter is reported to the ombudsman.
