Unauthorized debit order
<p>I stopped one of my policies 2 months ago and I still get debit orders , when I call, because I do not have my policy number, your agents always hang up on me. This is ********* and in all honesty theft, please stop taking peoples money</p>

As per our telephonic discussion we have addressed your concerns regarding the cancellation of your policies and the reason the debit orders were still active. We have confirmed that the policy was in an active status as the debit orders were only stopped at the bank and the actual cancellation of your policies was not processed.
We have successfully cancelled your policies on 26 July 2016 and explained the implications regarding your cancellation request.
Regarding the service received from our Client Services Team, we confirmed that the calls were retrieved due to the concerns raised and we found that there could have been a failure in the network connection therefore the calls were disconnected. Our apologies for any inconvenience caused in this regard.
