Unauthorised policy reinstatement and debit order

Why do I have to wait a whole month for my refund on the unauthorised debit order from my bank account? Scheduling a debimandate without my consent is not only ********* but also *******. Your sales consultants are desperate for sales it’s disgusting! I cancelled my policy 6 months ago after my employment contract was not renewed. Recently I was contacted by yourselves to offer a reinstatement. I advised your consultant that I was still in the job market and cannot commit to a premium. 2 weeks down the line there’s a unauthorised debi mandate of the 20th of every month but the premium of R512 was deducted on the 15th 3 days before schools reopen my last penny! I want my money you’ll be lucky if I ever want anything to do with your company ever! 😡
